Chicken Breast - no skin or boneoniongarlicpeppers - 1/2 of green, red n yellow lentilskalespices - basil, oregeno, pepper, parsley, indian marsalaoil - olive or sunflowerwater
Heat up a saucepan & add 1Tbsp. of olive or sunflower oil. Add chopped onion & cut up chicken breast. Add 2 chopped cloves of garlic & cut up peppers & spices. Add 1c. of cooked lentils (I used red) & stir to warm. Add 1/4 c. water & chopped kale. Stir & cover until kale softens up a bit. Then you're ready for a heart healthy lunch. Serve with a glass of pomegranete juice & you're off n running.
