Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated Shrimp, raw, 16 medium Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup
1. In a frying pan, spray Pam to coat and sautee all the veggies, but mushrooms.
2. toss in mushrooms and shrimp at the same time.
3. Fry until shrimp pink up.
4. Last 2 min of cooking time add 2 tsp La Choy Garlic Ginger sauce for 30 calories. Stir to coat the ingredients and heat through.
The sauce is not in the ingredient list, but the calories are already included in the total.
