*Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken, 454 g Onions, raw, .5 large Garlic, 4 cloves *Beans, Heinz, Light Red Kidney, 398 mL *Beans, Unico, Black, 540 mL Carrots, raw, 2 medium *Hunt's - Original Tomato Sauce, 3 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole
Brown ground chicken with onion and garlic in a pan with the olive oil.
Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, drain off excess fat and add chopped carrots and beans. Add any herbs you like and stir until well combined.
Add tomato sauce and simmer until heated all the way through. Serve with grated cheese (not included in nutrition information).
