Ingredients
2lbs Lean Ground Beef1/2lrg Onion- diced3 med carrots- grated4 lrg Celery stalk- diced1/4t red pepper flakes1t cumin1/2 chili rowder1T dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste28oz can Diced Tomatos29oz can Tomato Sauce290z "refill"can water(use tomato can)
Directions
Brown the beef on stove top/add S&P and cumin
add veggies to crock pot/add spices and mix
add tomato products and beef, mix well
add the water and a bit more chili powder
set on low for 8+hours
