1. combine scallions, cilantro, jalapeņos in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix with cranberries.
2. Blend honey with orange and lime juice, mix into salsa.
3. Chill for at least one hour, enjoy with tortilla chips or on any grilled/roasted chicken or turkey.
Shelf-life 3-4 days
