Butternut SquashSaltChili PowderOlive Oil cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 deg. Peel & Seed Squash. Cut squash into 16 long pieces each 3/4" thick. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange Squash fries on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt & chili powder. Coat with cooking spray. Roast, turning once, until desired crsipness (about 14-18 minutes).
