in a med soup potplace chicken breast (i usually put an entire 1 lb pack of boneless skinless chicken breast and use the others for other recipes during the week)2 cloves of garlic1 chopped med onion4 chopped carrots1T chili powderdash of cumincover with watersalt and pepper to tastered chili flakes to tasteboil until chicken is donetransfer 1 chicken breast and veggies to crock pottransfer approx 2 cups of the broth to crock potadd, 1 can black beans drained and rincedadd 1 can of diced tomatos ( i like the fire roasted or the garlic basil)simmer in crock pot on high for one hour, then decrease heat to low.
