Low Fat Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup mashed zucchini1 egg1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup skim milk1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
MIx all ingredients together. Batter will be sticky. Spoon into muffin pans (with liners). Bake at 400F for 20 minutes
