Creamy rice, chicken and spinach dinner

Ingredients
1/4 C Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing1 lb Chicken Breast, no skin, cut into chunks1/2 C White Wine1 C cooked Brown Rice, long grain4 oz Low fat cream cheese, cubed8 oz Spinach, fresh1 large Tomato, chopped2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
HEAT dressing in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in wine; bring to boil. Add rice and cream cheese, cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Add spinach. (Pan will be full.) Cook, covered, 1 min. or until spinach is wilted. Stir gently to mix in spinach.

REMOVE pan from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Stir in tomatoes; top with Parmesan.
