Barilla Whole Grain Rotini w/ Fresh Veggies

Ingredients
Whole Grain Rotini (13.25 oz box)Olive Oil1 small onion1 glove garlic1 bell pepper 1 small summer squash1 bunch asparagus (tips only)1 pint cherry tomatoes4 leaves basilSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on box.

Heat olive oil and saute onion for 3-4 minutes.

Add peeled garlic. Cook 1 minute.

Add pepper, squash, and asparagus. Saute 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper if desired. Saute 2 minutes. Remove garlic.

Combine veggies with pasta. Toss with basil.

Enjoy!
