Almond Milk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup of Baking Mix (I use Pioneer Brand)1 Large Egg1/2 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
Directions
Get a Medium Frying Pan and heat it up to medium heat on stove.
Mix all ingredients together.
After pan is heated, spray with non-stick spray.
Spoon batter in pan till it is about 4 to 5 inches in circumference.
When it bubbles in the center and seems semi solid around the sides, flip and cook for about 30 sec to one more minute on uncooked side.
Serve with butter, honey, peanut butter or my favorite, sugar free syrup!!!!
