Walnut Ginger Salmon

Brown Sugar, 1 T. packed *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 T.*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Atlantic Salmon (fish), 16 oz Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
Combine first 4 ingred. and place in a resealable plastic bag. Add salmon, marinade for at least 30 min. in refrig.
Drain and discard the marinade. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil 4-6 in. from heat for 7-9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, sprinkling with walnuts during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
