Head of cauliflowerPromise Fat free margarineblack pepperFat Free Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Boil Cauliflower until tender. Drain cauliflower and add shredded cheese and butter while still hot add the black pepper and mix until desired consistency is achieved. This is great!! Makes 6 servings. 1 serving= 1/2 cup

    hubby is not a fan of cauliflower but he ate it. I liked it. It wasn't smooth like potatoes but i think it was my fault. good recipe though. So i will be tryin it at least once more. - 4/5/09
