Leterbuck Pita Pizza

Ingredients
Spread the 2 Tbl. cream cheese over the pita. Mix 3 oz ground turkey with 1 Tbl apple juice, 1/4 tsp dried thyme, 1/8 tsp. dried sage, 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes. Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray and cook the meat until done. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon the meat/sauce mixture over the cream cheese and sprinkle it with the Parmesan cheese. Layer the veggies and tip with fresh basil and extra red pepper flakes.
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Place the pita pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes till the pita crust is toasted and the veggies are roasted.
