Low Carb Cinnabon

Ingredients
2 eggs1 Tbsp cinnamon2 Tbsp Splendasplash of half and halfsplash of sugar free vanilla syrup/extract1oz Neufchatel or cream cheese
Directions
Preheat nonstick skillet to med-high heat.
Whisk together all ingredients in small bowl.
Spray skillet with non-stick cook spray and pour mixed ingredients into hot skillet.
Cook until firm then flip.
Add Neufchatel or cream cheese to center of "omelet" and reduce heat to med-low to allow cheese to melt.
Fold "omelet" in half and serve hot.
