Black bean wrap

Ingredients
1 Can Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans(drained and washed)1 Clove of Garlic Minced2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro (chopped) (I have used the paste too)2 Tbsp Chunky Salsa1 Tsp Canola or Olive oil2 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best but not necessary)2 oz reducded fat cheddar cheese4 whole wheat tortillas (I use latortilla factory low carb high fiber whole wheat tortillas.Plain lowfat yogurtPlace everything up to the cheddar cheese (do not place tortilla's, cheese, or yogurt in blender)in a blender or a container you can utilize a hand blender in. Blend into a paste. Spread onto a tortilla (thin spread), sprinkle on cheese, heat in micorwave about 30 - 40 seconds. Place yogurt on and roll like a soft taco...ENJOY!!
