Garlicky Chicken Spaghetti

1 T butter3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced1 large onion, thinly sliced3/4 cup chicken broth1 lb. of boneless, skinless, organic chicken breasts, cut up into bite-sized pieces8 oz. brown rice spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1. Melt 1 T BUTTER in large frying pan over medium high heat.
2. Add 3 CLOVES SLICED GARLIC and 1 LARGE ONION, THINLY SLICED to pan.
3. Sauté until soft and golden.
4. Pour in 3/4 CUP CHICKEN BROTH.
5. Add 1 LB. CUT UP BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
6. Stir and cook until chicken breasts are no longer pink.
7. Add 8 OZ COOKED BROWN RICE SPAGHETTI to pan. Heat through. Serve.
