1 tbs designer whey protein powder (vanilla)1 frozen banana2 cups spinach1 cup tap water2 tsp splendamint leaves (to taste, I like a lot!)1 tbs Dark chocolate peanut butter (PB Co)
Blend all ingredients well. For less calories you can use chocolate protein powder instead of the peanut butter, or try using dark chocolate cocoa powder (unsweetened)
