Blue Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 Baking potatoes; scrubbed well and dried½ c Sour cream2 oz Gorgonzola; crumbled¼ c Milk¼ c Butter¼ tsp Salt¼ tsp Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Prick each potato deeply 4-5 times.
Roast 45-50 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes.
Cut a lengthwise strip, from the top of each potato and scoop out flesh, leaving a thin shell.
Combine potato flesh, sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Stuff potatoes.
Broil potatoes 3 minutes and serve.
