Seven Layer Dip

Ingredients
2 C Black Beans (1 15 0z Can)2 C Canalini Beans (1 15oz can)2.5 tsp, Salt1 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil1 tbsp. Water1 garlic Clove2 Avocados1 Jalapeno (Ribed and Seeded)11/2 C. cheddar Cheese (low Fat)4 Romain lettuce leaves (Chopped)1 Cup Sour cream (low Fat)1 Cup Tomato ( Chopped)1 Cup Black Olives (Sliced) Optional*Nutrional info does NOT inclued Olives
Directions
I drained and rinsed the beans, then in a processor ad the beans , garlic, oil, & 1.5 tsp salt and water, process until creamy, spread on your favorite plate, then take 1 cup of cheese and sprinkle on top of beans, then in a clean processor add the avocados, jalapeno (ribed and seeded) and 1 tsp salt, and process until creamy, spread on top of cheese, then chop the lettuce and add on top of avocado, top with sour cream, then tomato, and then a little more cheese. Cool for about 1 hr. and enjoy.
