Cherry Cobbler with Whole Wheat Bread

2 slices Sara Lee Whole Wheat Bread, made into crumbs1 Tbsp Smart Balance Heart Smart LightCinnamon (to taste)2 Tbsp Corn Starch4 tsp granulated sugar (divided)1 can(14.5 oz) Red Tart Cherries in water (retain 1/4 cup of water)
In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, 2 tsp of sugar and cinnamon.
In small saucepan combine fruit, 1/4 cup of water from the cherries, 2 tsp sugar, 2 Tbsp corn starch and cinnamon. Cook until mixture is thickened.
Place cherry mixture into oven-proof dishes with bread crumb mixture on top. Heat in 400 degree oven until bread is browned (about 15 minutes)
Serving Size: Makes 2 one-cup servings
