Mandy's Granola Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup KA AP flour3/4 cup KA White Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup Mandy's Granola1 cup diced granny smith apple1.5 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp Kosher salt1 cup 2% milk1/2 cup dark brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar2 tbsp canola oil1 large egg
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately ( I mix the sugars and fruits with the wet ingredients), spray a muffin tin with oil and fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 400F for 24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the tops are nicely browned. Cool on wire rack.
