Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (3 cup dry)Silk, Plain Soymilk, 4 cups.5 cup waterWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped 4 tbsp flax seed meal
Follow instructions on oatmeal box substitute silk for water. Add flax. Add additional water as needed for desired consistency. Top with walnuts. Fruit and or brown sugar are other equally delicious topping alone or in conjunction with walnuts.
