Fruit and Oat Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup regular rolled oats1 cup flaked coconut1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp allspice1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped dates1/2 cup applesauce2 ripe medium bananas1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line sheet pan with parchement paper.

Combine oats, flour, coconut and dried fruit. Stir in spices.

In another bowl mash bananas and add applesauce and vanilla extract. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment and flatten slightly. Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
