Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)Capsicum, 50 gram(remove)Peas, frozen, 1 cup(remove)*chicken mince, 496 gram(s)(remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices(remove)Chilli beans - watties med salsa 420g can, 1 serving(remove)Canned Tomatoes - Watties Chopped in Juice 400g can, 100 gram(s)(remove)Garlic, 1.5 tsp(remove)*fresh red chilli, 1 serving(remove)+ add cumin, coriander and chilli to taste (I usually add 1/2 tsp of each)
Directions
simmer together for 30minutes

Serve with coleslaw and greek yoghurt or guacamole - mmmmm (not included int he calorie calculation)
