egg white omelet(no cheese)

Ingredients
3 large egg whites(or one cup liquid egg whites)1/2 cup fresh spinach chopped1/4 cup chopped tomoatoes3 oz leftover baked chicken
Directions
spray pan with non stick cooking spray and add egg whites..let egg whites settle and add remaining ingredients..fold over side and flip omelet over to cook all the way through.
