Ingredients
2 oz cooked chicken or turkey breast, diced3/4 C egg beaters1 C spinach leaves.5 oz Havarti cheese1 6 in whole wheat tortillanonstick cooking spray
Directions
Heat a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Add the chicken or turkey, eggs, and spinach. Scramble. Cook until eggs are cooked through. Add the cheese and remove from heat. Pile mixture onto tortilla and wrap it up.
