Chicken and Turkey Sausage Gumbo

1 tbsp Olive OilI pkg of Turkey Sausage2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces1 pkg frozen okra1 stalk of celery, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1/2 bell pepper, chopped1 garlic clove, minced1 can stewed tomatoesHot Sauce, to taste (optional)Creole seasoning of choice1 can fat free, low sodium chicken broth
In a pan heat the oil. Sautee the vegetables in the olive oil. Once they are cooked down, add the chicken.
In a pot, add the broth and simmer on low heat. Once the chicken is fully cooked add to the ingredients of the pan to the pot.
Slice the turkey sausage into medium sized pieces and add to the pot.
Add the canned tomatoes with juice to the pot.
Season to taste with creole seasoning and hot sauce. Allow to cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until soup thickens slightly.
