Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients
16 oz cranberries, fresh or frozen (if frozen process frozen)1 medium red bell pepper1/2 large purple onion1 Granny Smith apple1 cup sugar1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice1 t. lime juice2 T. chopped jalapeno peppers (canned)
Directions
Put cranberries, bell pepper, onion and apple into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped (I used frozen cranberries and ended up adding some of the apple juice during the food processing step). Place in a glass bowl and mix in apple juice, lime juice, sugar and jalapeno peppers. Best if left overnight to mingle the flavors.
