Egg (or Egg whites)Oat BranFat Free Plain Greek YogurtOptional:SweetenerVanilla Extract
Directions
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add yogurt, oat bran and optional ingredients and mix thoroughly. Dallop mixture onto a hot pan sprayed with cooking spray. Once bottom starts to brown and bubbles are seen on the top, flip pancake. cook until both sides are brown.
