Lime Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
1 tsp canola oil1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips1/2 yellow onion, sliced into thin strips1 clove garlic, minced1/2 -1 tsp chili powder (to taste)1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (to taste) 2-4 limes, juiced (to taste)(4) Mission whole wheat tortillas2 Tbsp fat-free sour cream1/2 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup Salsa
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet or wok.
2. Add chicken and cook, stirring often, for 2 mins.
3. Add peppers, onion and garlic. Cook, stirring often, for 4 mins, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Add chili powder and cayenne powder and stir until chicken and vegetables are coated with spices.
5. Squeeze lime juice onto chicken and and vegetables and stir. Cook for 1 minute to allow flavors to mingle.
6. Serve fajitas on whole wheat tortillas with sour cream, cheese and salsa.
