Turkey & Black Bean Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 cans black beans1 lbs. ground turkey1 small onion1 can enchilada sauce1 cup 2% cheddar cheese6 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Mash 1 can of beans set aside.
Cook turkey & onion, drain.
Add mashed beans. Add additonal can of beans, 1/2 c. cheese.
Fill each tortilla with 1 c. of the mixture. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top and add cheese.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 min.
