Grandma's Favorite Turkey Sausage Cheese Casserole (revised)

Ingredients
1 pound turkey sausage (polish type)6 medium potatoes2 cans cut green beans2 cans cream of chicken soup1 pound velveeta cheese1 large onion, chopped
Directions
1) Cook potatoes and chunk.
2) Cut sausage into 1" chunks. Fry in a little vegetable oil with chopped onion
3) Cut cheese into chunks.
4) Mix all ingredients together.
5) Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes in a large casserole dish --or-- cook on high in crock pot for 1 hour or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings. Nutrition calculated at 7 servings.
