6 Cups Milk2 Cans Cream of Potato Soup4 Slices Bacon cooked and crumbled4 Cups Southern Style Hash browns or Potatoes O'Brien1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Cup thinly sliced Scallions
Mix together milk, soup, and hash browns in a large pot. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. After it comes to a boil, stir in bacon and bring to a simmer over low-medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. When ready to eat, top individual bowls with cheese and scallions.
