Cowboy Cornbread

Ingredients
2 boxes Krusteaz fat free corn bread1 lb 93% lean ground beef2% sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)1 can corn1 can rotel tomatoesChilli seasoning packet
Directions
Bake one cornbread recipe in a 9x13 pan according to package directions. While cooking brown hamburger. Add rotel tomatoes to meat and chilli seasoning packets. After cornbread is cooked, sprinkle with 1/2 c shredded cheddar. Add the can of corn (drained) to the chilli mixture. Add remaining 1/2 c. cheese as well. Pour all over cornbread. Mix remaining cornbread mix and pour over all. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until browned.
