Quinoa Patties

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked Quinoa1 cup of shredded carrots1/2 c. of Colby Jack shredded cheese2 eggs2 green onions1 tbsp cardamom1 tbsp of turmeric1 tsp of onion powder2 tsp of salt
Directions
Use Pam spray heavily on muffin tin, then fill all twelve spaces evenly. Cook on 350 until golden brown
