Ingredients
Spray a regular size cereal bowl with olive oil cooking spray. Add large egg and whip it with your fork. Add 3 large cut up mushrooms, 1/8 slice of avacodo; cut up, and 10 fresh leaves of spinach. I cover it with a paper plate and then cook it for 75 seconds and it's done. Add a slice of 2% cheese if you want, and it'll melt while your toast is cooking. : - )
