apple-pear-flaxseed-olive oil cake

Ingredients
3/4 c flaxseed meal3/4 c flour, white or brown1 T baking powder1 t powdered ginger1 t cinnamon1 chopped pear1 chopped apple1/2 c yogurt1 t vanilla1/2 c olive oil (or substitute other veg oil)Topping:1/2 c chopped walnuts1/4 c brown sugar
Directions
sift together dry ingredients (except the walnuts and 1/4 brown sugar for topping).

beat together wet ingredients, except the fruit.

Stir wet ingredients into dry, then stir in the fruit.

Spread into a 9x13 baking pan; top with the walnuts and 1/4 c brown sugar.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes (or do muffins for 20-22 min).
