Bacon, Egg, and Cheese "Muffin"

Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled1 tablespoon Cheddar Cheese per muffin
Directions
Spray 6-muffin muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide the beaten egg evenly among the muffin cups. Add a bit of bacon and one tablespoon cheese to each and stir in with a fork. Bake at 375 for approximately 10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook!

    I made with sausage instead this time. Yummy, easy and great to make ahead and reheat for a quick meal.
    Made it without cupcake liners the 1st time & though I did spray the muffin tins they were very difficult to get out and a pain to clean, used liners this time & sprayed them too, much easier! - 2/24/14
