Mock Pancakes

Ingredients
4 egg whites1 egg1/4 cup cottage cheese2 TB whole wheat flour1 pkg of splenda1 TB vanilla extract1tsp cinnamonsugar free syrup (if desired)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and then pour into a hot frying pan sprayed with pam. Cook like normal pancakes. Serve with sugar free syrup if desired.
