Yummy Beef Goulash

1lb Beef Round Steak1 Medium Onion2 stalks of Celery1/2 Can of Mushrooms1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup1 Tbsp Oil4 Potatoes2 cups sliced carrots
Cube your steak into bitesize pieces and toss into a pan with Tbsp oil, minced garlic, pepper, parsley, italian seasoning and saute till meat is brown.
While meat is browning slice the onion into small chunks and slice the celery.
Add the celery, mushrooms and onion to the meat and saute a few minutes.
Place the meat and veggies into small crockpot then add the mushroom soup and a can of water, mix well and let cook slowly for 2 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes and a side of steamed carrots.
