Pasta Salad with Pesto & Tomatoes (6pts)

Ingredients
# Fit & Active Whole Wheat Penne, 16 oz (remove)# Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato (remove)# Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)# Basil, 4 tbsp (remove)# *Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove)# 1 cup fresh broccoli
Directions
Preheat oven to 400; place the tomato halves cut side up, in baking dish; drizzle with 1tbsp of olive oil. Roast until slightly browned on top but still firm, about 20 mins.
Cook penne according to package directions. Drain, reserve 1 1/2tbsp of cooking water & transfer pasta to large serving bowl. Stir the cooking water into the pesto, add to penne & toss to coat. Arrange the tomatoes on top.
