Chicken Enchilada Soup with Chipolte Peppers

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced3 cups FF chicken broth1 TBSP chipolte chile in adobo sauce2 cups frozen corn1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can diced tomatoes1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot, cook on high for 3 hours. Stir. Garnish with LF or FF sour cream and cheese.
