Texas Two-Step Coleslaw

Ingredients
4 c. green cabbage, shredded1 c. red cabbage, shredded1/4 c. red onion, chopped2 Jalapenos1 can (11oz) Mexicorn (corn, red and green peppers), drained1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded3/4 c. ranch dressing 1 T. fresh lime juice1 tsp. cuminFresh cilantro springs
Directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbages, red onion, jalapenos, chopped cilantro, corn and cheese. Mix well. In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, lime juice and cumin. blend well. Serve dressing over salad, garnish with cilantro springs.
