Ingredients
Directions
2 tbsps seasoned rice vinegar1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil1/2 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)1 tbsp sesame seeds
Heat small frying pan to medium and add sesame seeds. No oil is required. Let them brown.
While you are waiting, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar (1/2 teaspoon should be more than enough but do it to taste). When the sesame seeds are brown (might be making slight popping noises), add them to the liquid. This makes enough for two servings of salad (easily) but just double it up for more!
