Ingredients
5 Chicken Breasts2 Chicken Bouillion cubes1 cup onion1 clove garlic, crushedTortillasSalsaSour creamCheese- for health info, used Kraft. In reality, we use a crumbled Mexican cheeseLettuce- shredded
Directions
Boil chicken in water with bouillion cubes, onion and garlic. Once cooked through, shred with a fork. Heat tortillas (I do it in the microwave, about 1 minute for 5 tortillas). Spoon meat into tortillas and roll. Top with salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce.
