Banana bread with oat bran and sunflower seeds

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup soy flour (gluten free)1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup splenda1/4 cup sugar (brown or white)1 tbsp oat bran1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw (toast if desired)2 small bananas, mashed1/4 cup egg substitute1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup fat free milk
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl

Add egg substitute and bananas
Add milk gradually stirring to desired consistency
Add sunflower seeds.
Pour in an 8" loaf pan
Cook in a 350 * oven until center is done

Serving Size: 1/6 of a small loaf (8" pan)
