2 cup soy sauce I use kikoman 1cup white vinegar1 large onion chopped6 cloves chopped garlic I use pre chopped and it equals 6 tblspone bottle onion juice one bottle garlic juiceI find the juice in the super market if hard to find then add extra fresh onion and garlic 12 pieces of your favorite chicken part (leg thigh breast wing )mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl then pour over chicken I use a airlock bag or bowl large enough for 12 pieces of chicken marinate for 24 hours and then grill
grill chicken for 1 hour or til done
