Italian Easter Cake

Ingredients
1 quart + 1/4 cup of milk1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup white rice, uncooked3 eggs3 cups ricotta cheese
Directions
put milk, sugar, and rice into a saucepan. simmer for 1 hour. stir and let cool for 1 hour. mix 3 eggs and combine with ricotta until smooth. add to the rice mixture. pour into an 8 x 10 pyrex dish and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour. remove and sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture.
