Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 T. dry yeast1 c. Warm (110 degrees) Skim Milk1/3 c. white sugar1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)1 tsp salt2 eggs4 c. enriched white flour_________1/4 c. softened butter (1 stick)1 c. packed brown sugar3 T. cinnamon__________1 stick butter1 c. powdered sugar (approx)1/4 c. skim milk (approx)
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add white sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs and flour. Mix well; knead into a ball. Allow to rise to double in size (or let rise overnight in refrigerator). Roll out to 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Spread dough with 1/4 c. softened butter; sprinkle with 1 c. brown sugar and 3 T. cinnamon. Roll up length wise. Cut into 1 slices and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Whip butter, add powdered sugar and milk to attain your desired consistency - spread on warm rolls and serve.
